Manufacturing Process: We select materials like copper or aluminum for conductors, and various insulations (PVC, polyethylene, rubber) and jackets (PVC, polyurethane, TPU) based on the cable’s intended use. Metal wires are drawn through dies to reduce diameter, enhancing conductivity and strength. Multiple wires are twisted or braided to form a flexible and resilient conductor, which is then coated with insulating material to prevent electrical contact and protect against external elements. Insulated conductors are grouped to form the cable core, and shielding layers are added to protect against electromagnetic interference (EMI) or radio frequency interference (RFI) if required. A protective outer jacket is extruded over the cable core. Various tests ensure quality and performance, including continuity, insulation resistance, and voltage tests. Finally, cables are cut to desired lengths and packaged for distribution.
