Becker Energy Supply Systems are delivered as fully engineered and
validated solutions with clearly defined functionality and responsibility.
Complete Dress Pack: A ready‑to‑run, application‑specific system including cables, hoses, mechanical routing, protective elements, retraction systems, strain relief components, and robot‑specific mounting hardware.
Empty Dress Pack Solution: A pre‑engineered routing and
protection system. This option is well suited for system
integrators or customers who apply their own cable and hose
standards while relying on Becker’s proven mechanical design
and standardized interfaces.
RoboRoc® – Linear Retraction System: RoboRoc is Becker’s
proven spring‑based linear retraction system for Axis‑3 to
Axis‑6 installations. It enables controlled cable movement in
compact spaces and supports fail‑safe operation, defined
pull‑back behavior, a closed housing design, and dimensional
stability up to 185°F equivalents in high‑temperature industrial
environments.
RoboRex® – Compact High‑Flex Routing: RoboRex is designed for applications with multiple feed tubes and limited installation space. Its compact architecture allows routing without corrugated tubing and provides adjustable configuration, maintenance‑free retraction behavior, and application‑specific pull‑back force.
Lean High Motion System: The Lean High Motion System reflects Becker’s OEM‑driven design philosophy, combining standardized layouts with continuous engineering refinement to maximize motion range, durability, and serviceability in high‑volume production environments.
Application Coverage: Becker Robotic Energy Supply Systems are used worldwide across material handling, spot and arc welding, laser welding, adhesive and sealing processes, painting systems, stud welding, clinching, riveting, screwdriving, and complex multi‑process applications.
Digital Customer Database Interface (DCDI): Each Becker Energy Supply System can be equipped with the Digital Customer Database Interface (DCDI). A QR code mounted directly on the robot provides immediate access to technical documentation, acceptance records, spare parts information, warranty details, maintenance manuals, and direct contact with the responsible Becker account manager.
DCDI establishes a single, standardized digital access point per robot, supporting faster service response, consistent global support, and long‑term uptime.
