Our Refurbishment Process
EVALUATION
At Becker Robotic, our meticulous refurbishment process begins with a comprehensive evaluation. We conduct a pre-power-up inspection of all critical components, including cables, connectors, motor caps, fans, switches, pushbuttons, seals, and PC board connections. This initial check ensures that no physical issues will arise when power is applied. Following this, the robot undergoes a rigorous repeatability, durability, and backlash test for a minimum of ten continuous hours with a full payload, covering its full range of motions. This test ensures the robot meets OEM specifications for repeatability. After the test, we perform another thorough inspection of both mechanical and electrical components and generate a detailed report of our findings, which is then provided to you.
