Our solutions are used worldwide in industries such as automotive, intralogistics, and defense, helping our customers improve the efficiency, reliability, and performance of their production and logistics processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position: Group Financial Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Group Financial Manager, you will play a key role in the financial leadership of the Becker Group. You are responsible for building, harmonizing, and continuously developing the finance, accounting, and controlling structures across all international Becker entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your role combines technical financial expertise with strategic oversight, covering accounting, budgeting, controlling, cash\u2011flow management, intercompany structures, transfer pricing, and full P&amp;L responsibility. You will work closely with the Group CEO and senior management to provide transparency, control, and reliable decision\u2011making foundations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Group Accounting &amp; Financial Governance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-left:0.3em\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establish and manage a standardized accounting structure across all international entities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in line with local and group requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harmonize accounting processes, charts of accounts, and closing methodologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and banks worldwide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Budgeting, Controlling &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-left:0.3em\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts at group and entity level<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement KPI\u2011driven controlling and financial performance tracking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide regular management reporting to the CEO and shareholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze variances, margins, cost structures, and investment performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Cash\u2011Flow &amp; Liquidity Management<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin-left:0.3em\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Actively manage group\u2011wide cash flow and liquidity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize working capital and payment structures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and monitor financing requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve cash transparency across all regions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Intercompany &amp; Transfer Pricing<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design and manage intercompany charging models and structures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish and maintain intercompany agreements, transfer pricing frameworks, and documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure tax\u2011compliant service and cost allocations between group entities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate transfer pricing topics with external tax advisors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Loans &amp; Financing Structures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Structure and manage intercompany loans and external financing instruments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft and maintain loan and financing agreements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor repayment schedules, covenants, and financial obligations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P&amp;L Ownership &amp; Business Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full responsibility for P&amp;L performance at entity level<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support executive management with financial analysis and decision support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform profitability and business\u2011case analyses for new locations, investments, and projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Processes, SOPs &amp; Finance Transformation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establish and document finance SOPs, guidelines, and policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Standardize and continuously optimize finance processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the insourcing of accounting activities using Becker\u2019s international teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive finance digitalization and effective use of ERP and reporting systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, or a comparable field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Several years of experience in an international finance or group\u2011level role<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong technical expertise in accounting, controlling, cash\u2011flow management, and P&amp;L steering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience with intercompany structures, transfer pricing, and international finance topics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly structured, analytical, and solution\u2011oriented working style<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong ownership mentality, integrity, and ability to work independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in English and German<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Located in
